Q. How do I get a quote and consultation?
A. Send through an email and I will sort out a time that best suits you to meet up and discuss ideas. I can give you a rough quote over email but having a consultation is handy to get a feel for your style and makes it easier to give you a better idea of costs etc.
Q. How early do I need to book before my wedding?
A. The earlier the better, so there is time to plan everything you are after and make it a stress free process. Once you are happy with the quote and want to move forward, to secure the date a small deposit is required.
Q. Do I need a budget?
A. It would be best to have a budget as I can work around this to present you with floral ideas that are achievable within your price range. I will work with you to come up with creative ways to achieve your look without over spending.
Q. Do I need to know my venue and date?
A. Yes, this will help me work out a quote properly for you and as flowers are seasonal it will allow me to help you when choosing what flowers are available around the time of your wedding.
Q. Do I need to know what flowers or colours etc I want before my consultation?
A. You don’t need to know exactly what you want, I'm here to help with that. But it’s a good idea to bring along pictures and examples of anything you’ve seen that you love to the consultation.
Q. Can I get my flowers delivered?
A. Yes of course you can. Delivery and set up fee’s will apply depending on delivery destination. Weddings out of Auckland will have a larger delivery fee. If you wish to have someone pick up the flowers that is ok too.
Dried flower related questions...
Q. How long do dried flowers last?
A. If looked after currently they can last for years. They will fade over time and some petals may fall but this is normal.
Q. How do I care for my dried flowers?
A. Do not water. Keep out of direct sunlight, wind and humidity. Dried flowers are delicate so handle with care.
Q. Can you ship NZ wide?
A. The wreaths, bouquets and mini vases we can yes but not the large arrangements in vases sorry.
Q. When can I pick up or get my order delivered?
A. If picking up, you will be sent an email to organise a suitable time for you. Delivery orders for Auckland will be delivered Mon-Fri between 9am-5pm.
Out of Auckland orders will be booked in on either Monday or Thursday for the courier to pick up.
Q. What if I am not home when you deliver my arrangement?
A. If you happen to be out when your order is delivered, it will be left in a safe place if there is one and an email will be sent to you so you know it's been delivered safely. If we feel there is no safe place, we will try and contact you to work out a solution.
If you know you will not be home between the hours of 9am-5pm Mon-Fri, it would be great if you could send us an email to arrange a suitable time or advise us of a safe place to leave the arrangement at your house.
